How does the placement process work?

Once you have contacted us, you will be given access to our applicant database. There you can select suitable candidates and, once we have provided you with their contact details, conduct interviews at your discretion. We will be happy to assist you in this process. As soon as you reach an agreement with a candidate, you sign an employment contract and we remove the candidate profile from our database. If the employment relationship ends within the first 3 weeks, we will offer you a replacement candidate or we will not charge you anything. We are also available for special personnel requirements. We search for suitable candidates individually and exclusively for you. Contact us with your wishes and ideas and we will take care of the rest.

How long does the recruitment process take?

The duration of the placement process depends largely on your decision-making process and the number of interviews conducted. Experience has shown that the process only takes a few days, as we always make sure that all candidates in our database are currently available. This enables us to guarantee a quick and efficient placement.

Which job positions can you place and do you also provide seasonal staff?

We place almost all professions in the hotel, catering and tourism sector, including positions in housekeeping (e.g. chambermaid, roomboy), service (e.g. waiter, chef de rang, commis de rang), in the kitchen (e.g. chef de partie, sous chef, cook, assistant cook, kitchen assistant) and at reception (e.g. receptionist, guest relation manager, concierge) and more. We cover a wide range of career levels and are also happy to help with special personnel requirements. We also offer a full range of employment durations, from permanent to seasonal positions.

How do I get access to the candidate database?

To gain access to our extensive database of applicants, simply contact us and let us know your requirements and staffing needs. Once we have understood your requirements, we will send you a link to the online candidate database, which you can then use without restriction. If you do not find a suitable candidate at first, we recommend that you check our constantly updated database regularly. If you wish, we can also keep you informed of new profiles by e-mail.

Are the applicants in the candidate database available?

Yes, all applicants listed in our database are currently available. We update the database regularly and remove profiles that are no longer available. You can therefore be sure that all candidates shown are open to new challenges. However, with the exception that other companies may already be in contact with a particular applicant or candidates may decide to work for a different company. We ask you to take this into account.

Where do your applicants come from and do they speak German?

Our extensive network includes over 5,000 candidates, most of whom are EU citizens. Many of our candidates come from South Eastern Europe, including countries such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Croatia. We attach great importance to the careful selection of our applicants and carry out a strict selection process in which German language skills are also tested. The language requirements vary depending on the job position. However, the majority of our applicants have at least a basic to advanced knowledge of German and a solid command of English to ensure successful communication in a professional environment.

How much is the placement commission and when is it due?

We charge a one-off commission for the successful placement of an applicant. This is based on the candidate's gross monthly salary and is not due until 3 weeks after the start of registration with the relevant social security institution. The amount of the commission varies depending on the candidate profile and other factors. You will find this on each candidate's CV.

Is there a guarantee if an employee does not meet my expectations?

Of course. If the employment relationship ends within 3 weeks of the start of registration with the relevant social insurance institution, you will receive a replacement candidate or we will not charge you anything. You can choose which of these options you prefer.¹

Are you a recruitment agency or temporary employment agency?

We are a recruitment agency and not a temporary employment agency. This means that any employment contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the candidates we place. This clear separation guarantees you the greatest possible control and enables cost savings.

Can I also contact you after a placement?

Of course you can. Even after a successful placement, as an Austrian family-run company we will continue to provide you with help and advice. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us during office hours. Our team will take care of your request.
